The following are generally not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrectly supplied: - Products that have been opened, used, sterilized, or handled in a clinical environment. - Custom surgical sets, private-label orders, or made-to-order instruments. - Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable at purchase. - Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, batch details (if applicable), and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund after inspection, at our discretion.
Return Process

- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions from our team.
- Ship the product securely in its original packaging with all documentation.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns approved under this policy, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
